3 basic skin care for every woman

Our look boosts our self esteem and confidence, as it has been said to feel great look great. This is why every woman needs to take this little steps everyday to care for their skin.
Skin care routine starts by you knowing your skin type. This is because how you care for your skin is dependent on the type you have. Basically there are 4 skin type namely; oily, dry, sensitive, and normal skins. 3 basic skincare routine you must follow daily to have a great skin is

1) Cleansing. You need to do proper cleansing daily. There are a lot of good cleansers around, you need to find the one your skin response to, and stick with it. You can try the following cleansers.

i) Avon clear skin forming cleanser
ii) Oil of Olay sensitive skin wash
iii) Clearasil ultra deep pore treatment. Very good for acne.
iv) Aveda all-cleanser

Most cleansers contain oil, water and 'surfactant'. The oil dissolves the oil on your face, the surfactant dissolves dirt and make up, and water washes it away. The secret of cleanser is finding the right mix of oil. Too much on your skin will clone pores while too little will dry it up. This is why you to know your skin type. To clean your face, use warm water to loosen dirt and clogged pore. Use a dim sized bit of cleanser, and then rise with cool or warm water. You also want to take of your make up with proper make up remover. Be careful not to cleanse too often. Morning and night should be ok.

2) Exfoliate. Most people skip this part in their daily skin routine. But trust me if you start exfoliating your skin you will notice an almost immediate difference. You can exfoliate by scrubbing, peeing, and Retinoid.

Scrubbing: This is the removing the top layer of dead skin cell that tends to dull your complexion. Make sure you use gentle scrubbing with tiny grid.

Peeling; You can do a monthly chemical peel, or use over the counter peels.

Retinoid: (such as Re tin-A). This works by removing the top layer of the dead skin cell while also generating collagen in the skin. Collagen is the skin structure fiber. As we grow older it breaks down, creating lines and large pores. Retinoid is a miracle skin saver. At least skin care experts that disagree on many things agreed on this.

3) Moisturize. This is good for the skin even though most people don't believe the skin should be moisturized. I believe everyone needs o moisturize no matter the skin type, even if your skin is oily it will benefit from moisturizers (exception with those with acne). How much you should do this depends on your skin. Below are a list of good moisturizers

a) Dove sensitive essential day lotion
b) Kiel's ultra facial moisturizer
c) LancĂ´me absolute night treatment.
